Our lives can be challenging. Quiet, lonely, adventurous, boring, funny, stressful, surprising, eventful, frustrating, fulfilling; all of this together and so much more. No matter at which time this invitation finds you, it is always useful to connect to ourselves and through this to get into the flow of things – even more than you already are.

In the Pantarei Approach, we believe that when we feel connected with ourselves and with the world we can notice a certain rhythm, movement and flow. In which things develop which suit us and our surroundings. This flow can be felt, noticed and enhanced. It allows us to move forward with whatever we are facing in a smoother way.

In this free of charge workshop, you will learn through exercises and physical training:

  • To become aware of your own flow, movement and rhythm
  • To connect to yourself and enjoy more, the simple act of being yourself
  • To enhance your own flow and through this, be able to use it for your own life
  • To join and be aware of the flow of life that is surrounding us and that we are a part of.

‘Pantarei’ means in ancient Greek ‘everything flows’, and in this one hour workshop you are invited to get to know some of the core values of the Pantarei Approach and to enhance, reconnect or simply enjoy your own flow and the flow of life.
