This workshop explores themes that arise specifically in women’s bodies and lived experience. For this exploration, a women-only space supports safety, honesty, and depth.
The workshop invites women to come together and reconnect with what is already alive within them: their talents, their strength, and their capacity to meet life as it is.
Women express strength in different ways, through sensitivity and emotional awareness, as well as through clarity, direction, and action. In this workshop, we give space to the variety of our ways of expression and stay connected to what we feel and what matters to us. We will explore grounding, spaciousness, and ways of meeting ourselves and others, including the emotional world, that nourish both ourselves and those around us.
Through movement, presence, and shared space, we will explore how to enjoy the energy in our bodies, including moments of intensity. Rather than being afraid of being “too much,” we will practice allowing ourselves to be fully alive, joyful, strong, expressive, and real. From this place, we will listen more deeply to ourselves and to one another in ways that nourish everyone involved.
This workshop offers a supportive women-focused space to:
- Trust your own talents and inner strength while facing life’s challenges
- Listen to yourself and to others in ways that nourish connection
- Enjoy the energy and aliveness of your body
- Allow intensity without fear or self-judgment
You are welcome to come exactly as you are. This workshop is not about fixing, improving, or becoming someone else. It is an invitation to meet yourself more fully and to do so together with other women.
The workshop will be guided by Merav Gur-Arie, who brings many years of experience holding women’s groups and creating spaces of trust, vitality, and honest expression. At other times, her work is open to people of all genders; this particular workshop is intentionally offered as a women-only space.
