What if the support you need is already with you?

This training session is a reminder that we carry an available source of support within us at all times: our bodies.

Through breathing, movement, and embodied exercises, we will use our physicality to come back to ourselves and, from there, to our wishes, feelings, and our unique way of experiencing life.

This workshop was initially developed for students and practitioners of the Pantarei Approach, as we see how valuable this capacity is in their work. While shaping it, it became clear how relevant it is far beyond any profession. In times that ask a lot of us, staying connected to ourselves while meeting life’s challenges is an essential skill.

This training offers a practical, embodied space to meet what life brings, within yourself and around you, with more ease, stability, and joy.

You are invited to join Merav Gur-Arie for this training session.

 No prior knowledge of the Pantarei Approach is needed.
