Better communication is something we need in our personal as well as our professional lives. We all go through times when we feel that we are not seen or heard, or we question whether what we have said was really understood in the way we intended. Part of what can allow us to better express ourselves is to better understand who we are and what our unique voice is. By doing so, we can get in touch with what we want to say and how we wish to express ourselves to different people and in different contexts.
In this mini-workshop, we will also explore how our breathing and physical voice influence our ability to communicate; we will relate to the area of our throat and how it forms a bridge between what’s in our heart and how we can bring this to life through the use of our voice.
Claudia Glowik, co-founder of the Pantarei Approach, will hold this interactive workshop, which will consist of engaging exercises, demonstrations, and thought-provoking discussions. This is your chance to actively participate and get a taste of what the Pantarei Approach can do for you.
This free workshop will take place at the Pantarei Approach School on Thursday, 21st November from 5 pm to 7:30 pm CET/Berlin
